I just read a spirited article from Mark Thomas about how difficult the state is making business incorporation filing in California and if you are planning to file there, you should too. Mark lived in California for quite some time and speaks about the state with an obvious love. On topics from the weather to the people, he absolutely raves to anyone who will listen. When it comes to the government, however, his tune is not so positive.

Mark’s article outlines his belief that small business start ups are important to the economic recovery in California and his thought is that California is hurting itself by not making the business incorporation process easier, rather than harder.
