Business Incorporation and Lawsuits

Mark Thomas just finished an article about Business Incorporation related to lawsuits and why you need to be protected. He called it:  The Protections of Business Incorporation-Do You Really Need It?. After reading it, I told him it sounded like a scare tactic and I wasn’t sure it was how we wanted to present the need for business incorporation to our customers. Mark didn’t hesitate to defend the article. He told me his intent was never to scare anyone. He only wanted to present well researched reasons for why a business should consider incorporating, but he admitted that his own research had scared HIM! Mark told me that he knew the legal system was broken and businesses needed to protect themselves but that he never realized just how bad things really are untill he began this article. After we talked for a few more minutes, I realized he is right. Too many business owners never realize the dangers lawsuits represent untill its too late. I want to encourage you to read Mark’s article and decide for yourself. We really don’t want to scare you into using our business incorporation services, but maybe a little fear is healthy.
